Preventing and Healing from Burnout
This immersive program is designed for leaders who are experiencing burnout—or working hard to prevent it. It goes deeper than most burnout programming by examining the core beliefs, trauma histories, and self-abandonment patterns that make leaders vulnerable in the first place. Through a blend of psychoeducation, somatic practice, mindfulness, and individual coaching, you will unlearn the patterns that got you here and build a personal model of sustainable, authentic leadership. We will weave together the mind-body connection with practical leadership application.
You will:
• Understand how core beliefs and past experiences shape leadership behavior
• Identify and begin to unlearn burnout-inducing patterns (people-pleasing, over-responsibility, emotional suppression)
• Build somatic and mindfulness practices into daily leadership
