Ensure the same food safety principles are delivered each and every time. This food worker-training workshop offers food handlers and food operators' basic training on safe food handling practices that will decrease the risk of food borne illnesses to the public. Covers five key areas:

CEPE497  –  ServSafe Alcohol Service Training

Program designed for people employed in establishments where alcohol is consumed or sold. Attendees learn strategies for serving alcohol responsibly while providing excellent customer service. Topics include: recognizing signs of intoxication, preventing sales to minors, quick intervention in problems, confidence building, quality service, employee safety, customer service vs. customer safety, differences between a "good time out" and potential trouble. Upon passing the written exam, participants will be granted the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation Certificate.
